Thanks for sharing this Amanda. Myself and many of my friends have been feeling depressed and anxious with what is happening in our country. I have found getting involved to be a great antidote to the feelings of helplessness. Complaining is not empowering! These resources are helpful. I'll be using them and passing them along to others.
